Arizona Chickens

Pretty sure they didn't read anything... did you read that?? It is determining whether the masks are protecting the wearer, or containing the virus in people who are infected, in adults, in outside areas... it doesn't mention kids, it doesn't mention classrooms... another example.. of.. nothing.

And an observed group of 50 infections... come on. THINK!!!

I have seen people that were wearing mask's but just were not wearing them correctly, or the fit wasn't right on them.

Yea, unfortunately that is what happened in the class.. it is the boy that wears it on his chin that got covid. The other kids do wear theirs consistently/correctly, so crossing my fingers there aren't anymore in this batch. Have pediatric cardiac care this week, so I'd hate to cancel, takes months for appointments.

I agree with you 200%.
It rained a decent amount last night (with plenty of wind). Going outside this morning, I saw a small wet spot in the new dust bath and then a spot between the two roof tarps. I have two, 8x10 tarps on the roof instead of one big tarp. I'm pretty happy with the new design.

Nice! Today we went to my moms house to get some woodchips and right after we got there it started to rain, YES!, but wrong timing...

I didn't get any rain here at all as normal. The 4 NN chick's that I moved out to the brooder are all doing good. I was just out there again, and counted all 4 of those head's.

I'm thinking that I have broken the NN broody hen, as I haven't heard her doing the soft broody clucking today. I'll wait to make sure, and might turn her her loose out of the cage tomorrow if all look's good.
