We do consume brussel sprouts when we have larger family gatherings. It is a nice side dish. We only steam it cooked on stove-top.
Some members in our gathering limit their consumption, claiming it produces Gastro-intestinal air.

It is a fantastic machine that acts like a mini oven, without heating up the whole house, especially in Summer.
