Today I was browsing Craigslist for more chicken housing because--well, chicken math. There is someone selling chickens who made a page describing each breed they have available. On each page in capital letters there is the disclaimer that egg laying rates apply only to the female chickens. Not sure I care to know why they felt it necessary to emphasize that.

LOL! We want more chickens but the feed bill is getting up there and we don't have enough coops to keep them in...they're already getting a bit crammed.
