I hope your Minorca heals up well.

Tent stakes might help also, and you might already have some of those on hand if you ever go camping.

Did all of the Naked Neck's hatch out the same color, or is there some variation's?

The 2 week old Roger NN/Wyadotte = dark all over

These new hatchlings Roger/Cowgirl NN =
2 nearly yellow white all over (one is all yellow the other has a couple tiny dark spots probably turns out like Cowgirl)
1 dark with yellow white belly

I'll be interested to see what they feather out to look like!

Minorca is walking fine and in a greenhouse pen by herself today- she looks like she will recover just fine - it's a Minorca Miracle!

I'm interested also, as I was working on not only the different colored feathering, but the large sized colored egg's too. A few of the chick's that I hatched in the past had those lacy looking bib's on them that looked unusual but cute.

I REALLY like the looks of bibs and bowties - I understand they won't reproduce all naked necks probably - but for my dual-purpose goal they work fine.

I'll post pics of these once the latest gets out of incubator. You'll see the variations easier than my descriptions.

Chickens have amazing healing & recovery powers!
It will be interesting to see how the NNs grow out!

That one turned out to be a cockerel, unfortunately. I couldn't keep more boy's back then.

That's why my goal is a dual-purpose flock. They all contribute in some way.
