I've been busy so haven't got to post here in a while. I set a bunch of quail eggs a couple of weeks ago and now I got 45 quail chicks! Cute and always hungry! They were eating FF right after hatching. I'm wanting to keep the biggest ones so I'm not sure when to get rid of the extras. For now I'm enjoying having some babies to fuss over.




The nice thing about brooding chicks here is they rarely need a heat lamp on them, just a bit at night for the first week.

They are cute! Ive noticing that quails are popular, do you keep them as pets or do they serve a purpose?

Yeah, same here.. I wonder even though there is a space in our name , try it with no space.. I will try iron my phone to see if that works..

Oh wow, so adorable.. What is your hatch rate? I am sure someone out there will take your extra's.

Allright, I get it now. My desktop version does not have the @ symbol in among the other formatting symbols and I just use the symbol from the keyboard. My ipad has the @ in amongst the other formatting symbols.

Are you pushing the actual @ sign on the keyboard or the @ sign just next to the Bold box, attachment box etc? I just figured it out. Never even paid attention to that @ symbol there.

Oh, okay.. I will try that, duh..
I guess I am afraid to tap another button, you never know what will happen..
Maybe we need to add a BYC operation of buttons to the seed box exchange gathering??

OK, playing with the @ thingy, trying to send multiples.
When I'm at work, I use my desktop, otherwise, I use my phone. Many differences between the two. I can also switch the phone to desktop mode and get more options, but not all. (In desktop mode, I get the message my browser (Google chrome) does not support the rich text editor). I get more smiley options, but have trouble with "swiping" the screen, so can only pick from what I can currently see.
Give me another year or three, and I will get all this stuff figured out!

I edited this, when trying to send multiple notifications, it crashed and burned. Got a bunch of hypertext gibberish.
