I'll keep my fingers crossed and send up a prayer. I'm hoping for a 100 percent hatch rate. Smooth sailing so far, but it ain't over until the Fat Lady sings.Well, 2 of those remaining 6 hatched out now, so there is still 4 more to go. 7 out of the 11 eggs are now chicks!
Well, I only bought the live worms after the chickens won't eat the dry ones. Now I think it's too late to switch, I have been buying live ones for them :-(are they young chickens? i know when they are young they aren't thrilled with them, but soon it will be the treat they go crazy for.
if they are older and they are used to live worms that might be why the dried isn't so hot to them

@BlueBaby here's the littles last weekend. Top is the big blue roo. I haven't been able to get my email to send.
Let's hope the remaining eggs aren't duds. Fingers still crossed for your hatching rate.Well, when my 7 chicks hatched out on Friday, I still had 4 more eggs left. (They were supposed to hatch on Sunday) I left those 4 eggs in the incubator, and another chick just hatched out yesterday. So, that's now 8 out of the 11 eggs that made it to lock-down that have hatched. I ended up with 4 Blues, 3 Blacks, and 1 Splash.
Let's hope the remaining eggs aren't duds. Fingers still crossed for your hatching rate.
