Arizona Chickens

I’m wondering if anyone here is from Prescott or Prescott Valley? I’m in PV myself.

I'm not over there, but I'd like to welcome you here to our AZ. thread because I don't recall you posting here with us before. :D

Best of luck BlueBaby. It was great meeting you today. Let me know how they do. I like to keep track of fertility and hatch rates. Hope you get lots of girls. I find no Day 1 chick as cute as the little chipmunk looking CCLB girls.

It was nice meeting you also, even if you were in a hurry to get your kids to Tucson. Don't worry, I'll keep in touch and keep you updated on them. Wow, a 2 legged chipmunk instead of those 4 legged ones! :lau

Now that you mention it, my brown leghorn was a mini chipmunk when she first hatched :love I called her my little red racer because she was was so quick and has those little racing stripes on her face.
I loved those little racing stripes on my Welsummer chick. She was so darn cute, and had attitude!

The CCLB trio look like they have settled in good. Last night I gave them a few strands of the noodles of my left over Chicken Alfredo that I made. They acted afraid of it at first. I left the room and came back later, and not one noodle was left! They have feathers coming in, but not as many as I like to have to put them outside yet.
