Arizona Chickens

@BlueBaby - Lady is doing wonderful as are Annie - Feathered NN, and the Aussie girls, Pearl - we named her well since she has those pink shimmers in her feathers - and Gracie, who is a beauty by the way. Lady loves my DH and can't wait for him to come into the chicken enclosure so she can jump up on his power chair or his scooter. I'm sure she would be like a little puppy dog with him if we'd let her. Pretty much all she has to do is catch his eye when he's on the porch and he's off to say hi to her and the others. The life we live!

That's good! It's been a while since you mentioned them, so I was just wondering how they are doing now. They both should be giving you eggs by now?

Tonight all 8 big bubus got a featherbutt cut. Those fluffy butts catch the droppings sometimes, I couldn't catch Roo so I got him at dusk in the roost. I won't chase them so I lure them and they catch on so had to trick him busy getting him from the coop. first time I've held him since he was a little one. Lol

This sounds difficult! I have to get my Hooman offspring her first haircut Sunday, and even that seems easier than trying to trim a feather butt :gig

Thankfully hubby and I make a great team I lure them and hold them while he trims lol

It was harder when the little 3 day Olds came with pasty butt bc they are so little and sensitive :barnie
I don’t know if I could get mine to hold a chicken, or trim it’s fluffbutt... he goes through phases :lau

Just subscribed to your YouTube channel, soooo cute! :love
