Yesterday I got 7 green eggs, I've been getting about 3 a day so I knew there are many still not laying, but yesterday was a huge increase. Early morning I saw marshmellow in a nest box doin that rooster thing of making a nest and he literally had 6 girls surrounding him as closely as they could in and around the nest it was so cute!
I tried the cool water dip twice, and it didn't work on her. So I'm just letting her do her thing and sit in the box...she comes out a few times a day for food and water (and there's a water dish in the nest box). Stubborn little booger.
It will be quite the process, but definitely a good learning experience and well worth it. I am also using this time to stock pile their eggs, as I won't be eating the eggs while I treat them. There isn't much info on egg withdrawal while using this product so I'd rather be safe than sorry. I'm not sure how long treatment will take, but I'm assuming longer for the worse cases (the white leghorn and Wyandotte).
