@meetthebubus I would go for three. A singleton is hard to raise I am told. I always go with three and usually get two or three. Personal choice on my part.
@igorsMistress just add a scoop of ice cream, you won't need the sweater! Yummy

Warm apple pie...I need to crank down the a/c so I can wear a sweater when I eat it.

I'm too full on Lasagna to eat a piece of your apple pie! It look's good though!

So excited. We just a few things to do to the house before we can sell it and hubby suggested we start looking for some land to put our new house on. I never had a brand new house before.

So if you know of anyone who could reface our kitchen send them my way. Nothing fancy as I’m not staying just needs freshened up. Also the top step of the pool needs patched. Hopefully by spring we will be ready for our next adventure.

So I got 2 buff eggs one was small bc it was a hen starting up again,the other looked like a good option so I left it with Rambita she is such a sweetie before roost she got up for her dinner a bit and then went back to her nest for the night. I rubbed her cheek and she coo'd

Whew it's too hot outside this week I cranked up the misters yesterday and will do the same today. I have to go in town during the heat of the day now for my tutoring job and by the time I come home their pool is always mucky and near empty...I may need to pick up a second pool for them. I had high hopes that we were all done with the days around 110*! Poor things were panting as they roosted the past few nights.

@SonoranChick I sure hope when we get to tomorrow and its the low 100s we are done with the 110s! I just put a second round of frozen bottles out. Most everybody is under the shade in the cool dirt. It would be tough having a job during this heat. Hang in there. @meetthebubus - so fun the journal!
