Arizona Chickens

Makes sense, makeup is much different lately sometimes a cc cream is always nice for an even complexion with spf too many choices though lol

Oh cool! An ULTA alum :) well the brand that worked for me was Urban Decay
I first bought Becca, didnt work at all for me they are all too yellow toned, than I went to Too Faced which was a better color but melts off too fast I swabbed Clinique and Fenty but couldn't get a match
I am really happy with Urban so far I went out to work with the chickens and it didn't come off! 10 hours of coverage until a touch up is needed :)

I used to feel that way, my daughter got me back into it, my face gets pretty red bc of the sun lol

Oh yea, it would be nice to have an even complexion and everything again. I also have an autoimmune disorder that affects my skin. If my body wasn't so weird it would probably be a different story.

Not me. I don't like bothering with makeup anymore. I'm sort of getting too old to worry about having to put war paint on. :gig I have the attitude now of " take me as I am, what you see is what you get".

I try to. My daughter worked at Ulta for a few yrs. I just seem to sweat so much. I have some good stuff and do use it at times. I subscribe to FabFitFun and get neat things quarterly. It’s full size stuff.

Candled the 2 eggs in my incubator and they are developing. Yea. I’ll candle Emma’s eggs middle of the week.

Urban Decay is awesome stuff! That's a really fun brand. I am obsessed with their eye shadows. They have a few nice neutral palettes that are low maintenance and quick to apply, and they last all day.
When I'm just around the house I don't like to wear anything but a moisturizer with sunscreen, but it's nice to find the brands that work for your lifestyle.

yes i don't wear it out with the chickens or house cleaning usually how funny i must of sounded!! lol (to me at least) i forgot to mention :he i was testing it out since i just got it, to make sure i liked it before going out in public lol last time with becca i didn't test it beforhand and after a couple hours i look in the mirror and i was red except for my t-zone which had thick yellow on it so i looked a sight lol

so i was like i'm going to test it out today if it can stand up to chicken work it can stand out in public!!:gig

btw what sunscreen does everyone like? i'm trying out natural australian gold 50 spf

oh, and its raining and thundering so look out west just in case!:ya

@BlueBaby - that is so dang funny! I just sit here and laugh sometimes and there are others where it just goes over my head! LOL.
@meetthebubus REALLY sweat proof? I'm totally impressed. That's what started it all really. In AK I was a MaryKay baby and came to Northern AZ and it just all melted off - wasn't worth the time to put it on as I was taking it off because it was streaked before noon! Thus just the bare minimums. WOW I'm gonna have to test it out before the next time I need the whole she-bang again! Fun conversation.

Soooooo......on another thought. An acquaintance who had cocci in their young chicks earlier this year asked me if they needed to treat the ground where their chickens live. I suggested they just move their little house over to a new area since they had grass and just a few girls - 10 I think. Has anyone ever had this question or problem? I've been pondering on it for a bit. Wondering what an old chicken keeper who's been there and back again might say. Thoughts anyone? @cavemanrich??
