Arizona Chickens

Got the hubs to fix my coop so it is split so the Roos have their own girls. My ccl roo has become super aggressive!! How can I make him stop?? I was hoping having a bigger area would help calm him. This is a roo my oldest carried around all the time so he has been handled. He attacks me, my daughter and my middle kid. The oldest can go in there. But my other roo attacks all the kids but not me lol. Any tricks?

Back when I had a small breeders set of the CCLB's, that rooster was the same. I sent him to freezer camp, but kept the 3 girl's. I figured that it was just the boy's from that breed being like that. The girl's got bred into my Naked Neck's, and I still have a green egg laying Naked Neck hen from that.

@BlueBaby he is just so mean. He tries to attack through the fence. I’m like dude settle down. He got my daughter in the head today! He is just down right mean. The girls are so opposite. Calm and like whatever but not him!

Time for him to meet his maker. I won't put up with a mean roo, and wouldn't expect anyone else to neither.
