No, and yes...I have a BWA roo and a FBCM roo (I think). They are like puppy dogs, it is horrible how cute they are. They want to be held all the time.

I say, "I am going to eat you!" and they say,

great photos. . . .I LOVE domestic birds. . . .I used to think my geese (it was a long time go) were the pinnacle in outdoor pets, but the chickens have stolen my heart!

Okay folks I have learned a new thing today. I learned to take pics with the phone and put them on the computer! Yay go me. Anyway finally I have a way to share the new BO chicks that I got last week.

I did laugh, but also thought...if only he was closer into town...I would go get some!

Edited: I once had someone give me two crates of garlic and 200 pounds of shark/ahi tuna. Unfortunately, not at the same time.

that would be a lot of garlic tuna.

Unfortunately, there was more shark than tuna...the garlic came before. The DH and I (still dating) ended up peeling, roasting, purreeing, and canning all that garlic. The garlic & olive oil left a film on EVERYTHING and the neighbors complained for weeks.

It is like these people can see inside my dumpster-diving head....

Congrats on learning a new trick! Pretty birds. Some day I would love to hear more about Kevin.

"Kevin" is in those pictures I just can't point her out because it would have to be a moving picture. "Kevin" is a goofy chick. Growing like a weed but she has a glitch. When she drinks she almost turns a flip backwards. Everything else about her is normal and she is the most curious one of the whole bunch. I will keep her because she is glitched but oh dear is she funny to watch so we named her "Kevin" after the bird in the movie UP.

I let the new babies out today to see how they mingle with the older girls since they are generally pretty accepting of younger peeps. LITERALLY only 7 minutes after I'd let them out, they found the dust bathing bin that the older girls only use for grit snacks.

Too cute that these wee ones are the size of my cell phone and OWNING the big coop. One of the big girls tried to come and kick them out and they scared her off!!
