I don't know, but a few years ago my bil and his family flew in from Houston to purchase a used RV (quite old) in Mesa. He did have my son look it over to make sure it was in reasonably good condition mechanically.

Get a cabinet model without the plexiglass door, and tell him it is a wine fridge, and the wine has to age properly, so he is NOT to open it, or teh temperature will get messed up and ruin some very expensive wine. And hope he doesn't know too much about wine, and isn't overly inquisitive

It makes perfect sense... I think.

OH wait... I just re read this and you're not talking about putting it on the wall at all... I think. So my run area is 7x14 - do you mean running them parallel with the 14 foot wall? Can you just come over and do it for me??

Better to come up with a 7x14 foot section of wire fencing for the roof, with at least one, if not two or three brace bars. And fasten it to the wall on one sde and the fence on the other.

=Oh yeah, camping is the worse time for children puking. No showers and usually not enough towels.
So far our dogs have escaped the camping puke, though. They are usually inside the sleeping bags below our feet. They're small and get cold.

Ultimately, this would be best and probably what I would do if I had her run (just look at my run!). She would gain protection from above--but lose head space and it will be a bit more difficult to train the grapes to cover the areas she wants. I was trying to think of a quick and inexpensive way Cluckin could get it up by herself if need be and get some decent overhead coverage as those vines start their sprint.

Desertrat011, When my daughter was small she called skunks, "stunks".

I'm weird, but I like their smell! (I wouldn't want it on me though).

I have a question for the experienced AZ chicken raisers. Do you vaccinate your chicks? What diseases do you vaccinate for? Where do you purchase your vaccines? When I started raising my first girls, I didn't think a lot about it, but then became worried that they would come down with something that I could have prevented--especially with the wild bird problem I have. Has anyone here had problems with Mareks? It seems like that would be the main thing to protect against. I want to be ready when/if my broody's chicks hatch.
