Arizona Chickens

I ran a mountain of branches through the shredder. Only about three more mountains to go. I refuse to haul manure until temperatures are less than 90 degrees. My garden will have to wait. Hope I don't miss garlic and cabbage season! Might be time to plant potatoes at this rate. Heck, might be time to plant tomatoes at the rate we're going. Was 107 on my way home.:

The pleco is at an angle to the front of the tank, so is the tape measure & parallax screwed up the hook end alignment.
Big fish tho...

Nice fish! They look like survivors. There used to be a store here in Tucson with a pleco that was nearly 4' long. Even though it was in a very large tank, it could barely swim around. I used to raise chocolate cichlids and the old breeding pair I had were pretty big, probably 14" and about 5 lbs. when they finally died. I still miss them. They used to get so excited when I came home, like two little dogs.
