Ya i didn't think about telling him to look him over or anything, i hate that we got him cause i dont want my flock to get mites but i am happy we got that poor little roo out of that place. Ya southerndesert, i buy my feed from dales too. They have way better prices, but they haven't had any chicks in awhile. I called to complain alittle bit ago and the manager was busy and i would have to call him back later. Really thats how you handle business?

Gorgeous photos! Very striking contrast between the royal blue background and hte brilliant yellow chicks! How did you EVER get them to all stay still long enough to snap the picture?

Yes, they can, along with other wild birds. I absolutely agree that hanging dead pigeons will have no effect on those left, and is beyond gross. If they want to hang dead birds or animals up, they need to do it somewhere that is completely on their own property!

Thanks! I'll treat them all. I don't see any on the other, but it makes sense that they will move around. Can I dust AND use the spray?

I used the extra grande cone last week. Would you believe it's still a little snug?
I have a cruddy cold again. My husband, who never gets sick, has brought two colds home since he started teaching.

I'm hoping to process all the Cornish this week but today I felt like caca. I need to run get some 2.5 gallon ziplock baggies and didn't even want to do that.
I wish they would get over this pin feather stage. They all have bald butts and pin feathers, took me forever to pluck again last week. I don't think last summer I ever had that problem, not sure if it's just this batch or what's up with that.

Maybe they are from Osage Co, OK. There is this very strange ritual there of hanging spoonbill catfish heads on the front fence posts. It's very strange and creepy. These prehistoric skulls hanging all over people's fences, some people have 10-20 of them. I mean, they are very cool looking skulls but on the front fence by the road?
I wish I could find a picture to show everyone. I'd never even Heard of a spoonbill catfish before I lived there, crazy looking things.
