Arizona Chickens

Mikey- you are doing what I would do for sure. I would also seperate them so they don't get trampled by the other guys. Just keep dipping into the water and keep your finger crossed

ARRGGG! I'm going to loose him.

He's only taking a breath once every two or three seconds and it is a gasp.

Cannot stand and eyes are not open.

This is heartbreaking to hear of this. Hope he is strong enough to hang on. I understand what you are going through. Sending good thoughts your way.

Yay Mikey!

Sorry about the struggling ones though. It sounds like you're doing all you can. I'll send good thoughts their way.

Thanks Gallo! Very happy day, but a tinge of sad...

That's two from this batch.

There is one more really little one that is still struggling. Hopefully she'll make it.

I guess I got lucky with the first batch.

I'm loving the weather, one of my peach trees has decided that its spring, and is covered in blossoms. The other two are budding, so I hope we don't get a sudden cold snap or I'll get no peaches! I decided to trust the peach trees, and planted melons and beans in the square foot raised beds my husband built for the front yard.

What kinds of peaches do you have? Is there a favorite? I have to wait until next year for peach trees, but I'm curious about what other people are growing and like here in AZ.
