Ms Pauletta... I would love to get some "older" chicks from you after the first of the year!!! I guess I'll have to go to the seminar in January to meet and greet...Looking forward to learning what I can!!! I feel like my broken brain is a sponge soaking all the research up, only to have to do it over again and again to remember stuff...  (brain injury, but doing better.. )..

I hatched some BO from Pauletta early in the fall. Set a dozen and hatched them all. They were very healthy. I let them go because I needed room.
Wish inwould have kept a few pullets, because hers sure lay some nice eggs.

Oh my goodness I have to tell you. My roo went a courtin' and my hen was not in the mood and she wiggled away and and grabbed a hold of one of his long tail feathers and yanked it out!!!!!!!!!!

She was seriously not in the mood! I am not positive but I thought she was my calm, laid back hen.

well nobody showed at beebe.although it wasnt raining, i guess it kept people home. only about 3 folks with chickens, couple more with rabbits and ducks

did get to meet draye and family today, good folks for sure. ended up talkin him out of a couple birds
