I'm looking for some standard silkies, cochin, frizzles...i would like to have hens/pullets laying or about to start. Don't need show quality-just as valuable loved pets! I would consider driving 50 miles outside of Batesville-would be wonderful if it was closer! Thanks!!!!!!!

Ok, the 18 chicks I hatched out 10 wks ago; I have like 12 Roos outta 18 & only 6 pullets!...sickening I know....

I seriously need some of these roos to go; we're running out of room...I'm located in W. Little Rock & I'm willin to drive to meet u to home these roos.

I have 11wk old...

*3 Purebred Black Australorps (like to get $10 a piece for the Lorps if possible)

*The JG/Prod. Red mix cockeral...(his sister/bro is right next to him, be willing to give them away as a pair - although not sure if he is a she or not yet...acts like a she, doesn't fight hardly)

Does anyone know of a chicken swap of any kind anywhere close to Batesville....? I REALLY don't want to go to an auction...I would just be thrilled if anyone knows of a swap/flea market, etc that I can go to-to find some hens. My daughter is selling some of her roos~to lessen the blow I told her that she can have some more hens. I would prefer them to be 10wks + old, I would be thrilled if I could find her some silkies. I know it's really hard to sex a silkie so they don't have to be sexed....i can travel to you. We would deal with more roos as we need to....sell them, start a breeding program, rehome...etc. THEY WILL NOT BE KILLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My daughter loves her babies, I love chicks but she couldn't deal with loosing anymore to weather. That's how she lost her others...cold. I don't have room/facilities for chicks...CAN ANYONE HELP ME?!?!? I'M DESPERATE...this is for my daughter...thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a Saturday Flea market at Bebee, There is usually lots of poultry near the very south east corner, near the auction barn.

YAY I sold the bantam pair for $5 & gave the lady, 4 jersey mixes for free, she has over 60 chickens now, so they'll be well taken care of horray Now I just needa sell my 3 Australorp roos!

My daughter and I are going to try the bebe flea market next weekend...would go this weekend but this weekend is her birthday...she is turning 9. She is growing so fast. I enjoy the togetherness we have while we are caring for her chickens. So come on down and see us next weekend, we will have 3 roos and fresh eggs. Thanks everyone, you all are great ppl!!!
