Roche477, I don't think medicated food would kill them, because there really isn't very much medication (amprolium) in it anyway.
Most companies put in the minimum amount of amprolium required by law to be able to label the food as medicated. It's very little and not enough to make a big difference, but the feed company can charge more, so they do it. I've bought both types and have had about the same success rate, but when one of mine actually gets coccidiosis (spelling?), I give amprolium in the water for 5 days. It's a lot better.
