Golden Cuckoo Marans. Nivtup sent me some of his pullet eggs. I'm waiting to hear from him because you are supposed to be able to know the sex by the color. I think my luck has held and they are all roos.
I have a hatch due next Saturday. They're BCM's and a frizzle and one serama egg left that I got from Amanda (frizzle and serama) . I think I might have over candled the serama cause I'm not seeing any movement...learned my lesson there...but maybe it was sleeping...
And I have six more serama eggs that I put in yesterday that will be due on 9/20. I'm not even going to candle those once until day 10!

Thanks, mzfanci, but these are just babies. The man who sold me the eggs says he thinks that there are two pullets and two roos. The white one and the silvery one he says are roosters.
My girls were out freeranging this evening and my stupid cat was out there. Mostly she just watches the girls, but tonight she wrapped her paws around one of my BO's and tried to eat her!! I spanked her butt and brought her inside (the cat), and now she's sitting at the door dragging herself up and down the crack at the bottom, back and forth like an insane idiot cat. I'ma keel her.
