Arkansas folks speak up.........

I agree. Wire cage, lots of light and activity. No nest box. Plenty of feed and water. Best bet is she stops, waits a few weeks and tries again.

Darn, she's my best layers too.

I've been going out there and booting her off the nest box. She puffs up and gripes at me. I am afraid to lock the cook up because of all the bad weather we have been having (and my other birds have to lay too!). Thanks for the tips guys!

TJ's Na-Na :

Hey Arkies ....from an Okie....but did raise my
boys just south of LR at East End.

Wanted you to know that lots of us were
watching the storms over there and sooooo
very sorry for the destruction, injuries and
loss of life. I have a brother in LR and we
texted several times through the storms.

While Oklahoma is home, I'll always miss the
hunting and fishing over there. Arkansas is
a beautiful state.

Best wishes to all.

Hi, Okie! We know some folks in East End. Do you what all was damaged in the storm?

Heard this morning that lots of folks spent the night in bathrooms instead of the dorms at the Spring Livestock Show in Little Rock.

ill be there with about 30 B/B/S Ameraucanas for sale...

Jacob and I will be there at Sheridan Feed 4 Less. Bringing our demo coop, some Buckeye males (about 5 mo old) and maybe more.

Looking for a pair or ducklings of white call....or any call for Nicole (pictured). She has really wanted some.

Would also be interested in Jersey Buff Turkeys. May consider any quality Bourbon Red poults.

I have some really nice Bourban turkeys, just having trouble getting hatches due to crows stealing eggs and my own mess up on the bator. But I have a few in the bator now and hopefully will have a few in a month. My gobbler is really nice and throws nice poults. One of his sons that I sold last year was double bearded!!
