from what i hear some people use the eggs for baking. makes everything really good. i myself love them because they are wonderful pets. they don't lay year round but they do lay okay if you get the right kind. plus you can eat them. they are larger then chickens. Are ducks profitable to have? Or are they another form of yard art. My daugther would love some but I just don't know what you do with them? I agree they are cutie patoodies! I would love some but I can't put a bunch of money into something that can't give me something in return. I just got an egg turner on the swap page! Now I need a bator.![]()
Sorry your hatch didn't go well.Okay. My hatching eggs are way over due. I don't think they are going to hatch. Hatch Day was last Sunday, Feb. 3rd. I have given them extra time, way over extra time. Should I just give up on them? Thinking of cracking one open and see. Any thoughts?
NEVERMIND! They aren't going to hatch. The humidity was WAY to low. :/ The sponges didn't help. I am going to clean it up and seal it up. Going to try again later.
