I had the coolest looking frizzle polish his  tophat was so cool looking it looked like a wave, but I lost him to mother nature. ill try again this spring if I can find them again you don't have any do you. 

I have polish and I will hopefully be buying some mixed banty eggs that are supposed to include fizzle eggs it feels like its taken forever to find any fizzle frizzle whatever they are called and I plan on incubating at least 5 dozen of his mixed banty eggs in hopes of getting a few out of it I know its a big chance but I want some to go with my silkies

@rayray, what do you do with all your animals? You must live on some farm!

I have a lil over a acre of land and between divided pens and chicken tractors I plan on keeping them all safe

I have sorta fixed my problem took a shallow pan covered it with hardware cloth and put the waterer on that so now when ducks splash it falls into the pan no more wet shavings just dump the pan when I water and all is right in their lil world

its not a complete fix but wow what a difference!!! The chickens are even happier no that the brooder isn't staying damp

Yeah... My ducklings are spoiled... They learned they can wake me up in the middle of the night to refill their waterer...

Lol mine are not that spoiled they get fed and watered in mornings lol they can make all the noise they want got the whole selective hearing most guys have hahaha

LOL, Mom's have that too. I have three kids. Yeah, I'm gonna have selective hearing in some cases. My older daughter will dialogue to me, answer for me, and I forget she's there. By the time I realize she's talking to me, she's done. The other day, she spoke the dialogue from a commercial. But the ducks, and my 1-year-old daughter know what pitch they need to be at, I guess

Hahaha my 13 yo daughter does the same thing her fav thing to do is catch me in a TV show and ask me to swap bed rooms with her and I'm all like yea whatever before I catch on to what she said :-/ now the chicks know how to get my ATTN if the ducks start going a duck party crazy splashing water they all chirp like its the end of the world so I give the ducks bath time
