Arkansas folks speak up.........

Doing fine. I kind of guessed that it was you. This is Randy Wilson from Salem Road Church if Christ.

I have a few Marans in for hatching. Due tomorrow. So far no signs. I really only want to hang onto a couple of them. But might consider selling all.

I'll PM you my phone number. I'm actually a little closer to you than the Church. I'm out in the Sardis Are.

Hey guys! Took a month haitus... now my silkie seems broody and has 12 eggs under her, but I found one down on the ground which means she is either still laying or my hamburg started laying, oh vey! I'm so confused! Everytime I look out there she is sitting on the eggs though, she just got up from them today when I delivered food and water (then the rooster went and stood over them).

It's most likely you hamburg laying. If she was still laying shed lay right there in the nest. Congratulations.

I've got babies hatching as we (speak).

17 so far. 5 Easter Eggers, 2 cross breeds( they have an Ameraucana dad), 1 Naked Neck, 9 Green Egger Naked Necks( not all have naked necks though). Have quite a few still trying to zip out. Should have a better ideal of all that will hatch by tomorrow afternoon. I have to work so I won't be able to keep as close watch.

Hey y'all! I'm in Fulton County and right on the Missouri border. New to the site, but I've been around chickens my whole life (until I got married and moved out). I finally convinced DH to let me get some chickens of my own, and we will be building a coop soon! Can you say.....EXCITED?!?!
