Arkansas folks speak up.........

Depends on broodies and what eggs I get from people who "owe me" eggs. I have my crazy mixes right now and I am really enjoying them. My kids have kinda out grown the 4-H thing so the birds I have now are mine. I have given away all my young pure breeds to kids and adults who are actually looking at breeding/showing. So, I may get some eggs back from them but I am good with whatever.

I need to go out and take some pics of my pretty fluffy butts. If I didn't think I would freeze to the camera, I might do it today!

You still want them Naked Neck eggs?

Does anyone know of anybody selling Salmon Favorelle pullets in Arkansas? I would really love to have a couple of them. They are too precious! Plus they lay off white eggs. I ordered my 6 chicks for March today and wasn't able to order any of the SFs. The reason being I only wanted 6 to 8 more chicks and had to order what was already being ordered. They don't have to be little babies. If anyone knows where some might be I would be so appreciative.

Wish I could help you. I love my Favs. They are so sweet. Mine came from the University of Arkansas hatching eggs with a 4-H program but I believe since the bird flu they have temporarily closed that program so I am not aware of anyone selling right now. I think my girls look pretty good for 4 year olds.

And here is their Pheonix over Fav 5 month old son.
