Arkansas folks speak up.........

Hi. We're in Rudy, AR and we have bantam roosters we need to get rid of. We have 5-6 right now, and probably more we haven't sexed yet. Is there anyone anywhere that will take them? We really don't want any more chicks! And I'm not processing them even though I know my dogs would be happy to have the meat. I can't stand the sight of a paper cut much less kill a bird.

We've got too many birds as it is and had no idea they would reproduce like rabbits.... stupid us. So we don't care where they go as long as they are gone. Any suggestions? We're about 30 minutes northeast of Fort Smith.

Hi and welcome

Are you in any AR FB chicken groups. I've been able to rehome my roosters that way.

anyone have bantam hatching eggs? I'm going to wait a day to see if my hen truly is broody to get any and if she has I'm looking for OEGB, Sebright, modern game, rosecomb bantam, serama, pit bantams or any other kind of chicken similar in style. Hen is an american gamefowl/ saipan jungle fowl , I wouldn't mind gamefowl eggs for her.

If you are on facebook just post them on one of the local yardsale/farm sites. There will be someone who will take them to keep or eat. I know someone in Alma who might if you still have them and that is nearby (it is right?)..

Any hatching eggs at all in far nw arkansas? ( not silkies  lol)

edited to add I am also looking for a pair of OEGB's or a trio of miniature gamefowl.. prefer the mini gamefowl (pit bantams) or looking for 6 straight run gamefowl chicks

Depopulating my 5 year old flock but keeping my handsome Phoenix rooster because he is such a good boy. Looking for a pretty pullet or 2 to keep him company thru the winter until we can get chicks to raise in the spring. We are in Rogers and the young lady will have a very good home with us.
