My back yard is quickly becoming mud. My Lab is churning up the snow pretty well when we play fetch and it was pretty muddy BEFORE all this started!!!

I had to drive around in the snow yesterday and it was more of a FLOOD than anything else!!! It was raining and melting, yet the ruts of remaining snow was keeping all that water on the road and clogging up the drainage systems!!! I had water go over the top of my Gore Tex hiking boots, therefore I had wet feet most of the day at work. It really didn't bother me THAT much thanks to wool socks, but icky none the less!

Ugh isn't it! I need to go with sand in my runs. It would save a lot of headaches I think.
On the good note, I was able to get out today. I've been stuck in the house for two days!

I have my first "sick" chicken. Not sure he's actually sick with a disease, I think it's just from the cold/wet. I sure hope so!
Trying to read up on feeding him without drowning him

If he dies, or has to be put down, do you guys know any place in central AR that I could have the body tested just in case there's something actually wrong with him??
