I guess that beings I was born and raised in deep south Louisiana and i have lived in Arkansas for only 11 years, I am willing to try anything!!....lol. Im not sure there is not any animal that I would not eat or havent eaten before, but ground hog is on my list now!!!!

I've eaten groundhog before befroe they died my in-laws in Tennesse used to get them and cook 'em up and they were really good too. I don't think it is the same thing that we call groundhog here though.
