Do you guys do anything to keep your chickens warm at night? Mine are 9 months old, but I'm worried about them. We found a bantam dead the other morning (in the coop).

Oh my goodness, I feel so bad! I have been on BYC for so long and have visited this thread 2-3 times but I really should check this m ore often!!! I have read thru a few pages and you guys are so sweet. I live in Lonoke. I currently have 107 eggs in the bators. Mostly marans, Silkies, D'Uccles, Heritage RIRs and polish. Should all be completely hatched by 2 January. Which means I am home for the holidays taking care of the chicks. But I am happy to do so. We seriously need a get together! Do any of you swap on the "what ya got to swap" thread? It is so much fun. Anyway, always looking for eggs and new friends. Hollar anytime
