Right now...I've got

*4 older RIR hens (all from same seller, only 1 laying..she's layed 3 days in a row even in 110 degree weather ! I'm IMPRESSED!
*1 White Leghorn hen (great everyday layer & dble yolker)
*1 Dominique hen (doesn't lay much - might be getting older)
*5 Golden laced wyandotte pullets (14 wks)
*1 Golden laced wyandotte cockeral (14 wks)

I've really been thinkin bout giving away a few of our RIR hens b/c they aren't laying; I really don't want to kill them :( or eat them, but I woudln't figure anyone would want them if they were laying...& they aren't really that tame (course my version of tame is being able to pick them up easily w/out them being on the roost - lol).

I've always wanted to get some BO's also, they are so poofy & pretty & I've heard really good layers, but I haven't looked much right now b/c pretty soon we'll have 13 full grown chickens & my parents think thats enough lol.

Thanks. They came from HAR in Rogers, AR. So they seem acclimated plus I have them in a shaded area. I put them beside the orps on purpose so you could appreciate the bright colors. I have had to make sure they are all shaded from the sun. Yesterday 111, today 108 expected.
Looking forward to the Tolbunts hatching. Today is day 13
