She shot him a glance and went to a random queen, laying the pup beside her.

Eric sat in camp, watching all that went on.
Bella dropped a rabbitt on the food pile.
Taquo slept as Red pulled his tail.
Bubble pranced around.
Zinta lay outside the Queen's den in the sun, watching the activity in camp.

Kanti set down her kill, several rabbits, into pile. She grumbled something about Charlotte before slinking off into the night.

Eric walked over to Zinta, and smelled her. The slight milky scent made him realize she was pregnant. Boulder's scent made him realize Boulder was the father. He smiled in congratulations, but a slight frown touched his lips. He hadn't wanted just any dog to father her pups, but she was so submissive, and he was bold.... ah well, there was nothing he could do about it now. As she looked up worriedly he licked her head, and let out a loud howl, announcing to the pack that new pups would come soon.

Pharaoh picked his way through the wood with feline grace, carefully placing his paws.
His sleek coat shone in the last patches of the fading leaf-sifted sunlight; his honey-sand coloring drawing his form from the dark background.
He held his nose high, sniffing wildly as he picked his way along. He was sure he could smell dog, but he also knew that sniffer wasn't one of his greater gifts.
Shaking his head and sneezing, returned his attention to the air and the scent again.
