Arrghhh!!!!

I just had a perfect hatch of 9 blue/barred rocks set and 9 hatched.

But...but....

7 are roos!!!!! I feel like someone played a joke on me. I need to go have a talk with someone, Im not sure who's responsible for this, but someone has GOT to be. (Democrats maybe??) And here I thought I was done hatching eggs. I was looking for another 5 or 6 pullets...looks like Im back to the drawing board....

I can feel your pain. My last two hatches were 7 black orps of which 4 or 5 are cockerels, and 16 split ameraucanas, where less than 6 look to be pullets

As much as Id like to hatch my own, that is what Im afraid off.....getting more roos!!! Two and maybe three now, is more than I can handle when they are not getting along.

When I was a kid my Uncle got 99 Roos out of 100! I never thought it could happen.
