There's a reason I try not to do manga style anything. does this picture look more normal? she looks almost purple grey on my screen.

It is kind of a not-so-secret secret.

I also want you to use a big brush on the outside and where things ''separate'' like maybe the chin and the bottom of the ear or something. Use sparingly inside the drawing. Big pen is for silohette outline mostly.

Smol pen used for details

Oh, and employ 1.5 for lips. I've noticed they look separated from your faces. Maybe that will help.

I know it will change how she looks, I just have a hard time making her look chubby cheeked, and making her face shorter seemed to help. I'll try.
