CAspaina my 2 year old hen has very very bad arthritis. She can’t get up her ramp that has steps built into it. I feel so bad for her and I think the cold is making it worse. Anyone have any dog or cat meds I can get? Should I consider putting her down? I feel so bad for her.

Arthritis in a two-year old chicken is unusual. What makes you believe she has arthritis? Is there swelling? Is she lame? Does she have balance problems? Does this affect both legs or just one? How long has this been going on?
I agree with with above post. Is Arthritis diagnosed by a vet or?

If it is Arthritis, I would suggest staying away from pharmaceuticals, (my own personal preference) and use CBD oil. I did research on this brand for my rabbit, but ended up not needing it. You want to go for CBD, not Hemp oil. Hemp has nutrients and helps with inflammation, but CBD helps with pain. Amazon on sell hemp.
Heres the CBD I would suggest- https://flowerchildcbd.com/product/pet-cbd-oil-350/

I would first make sure your treating for the right thing though, like @azygous mentioned.

I'm so sorry your hen is unwell. If you can share some pictures of her legs and feet, that'd be helpful. Please include pictures of the bottom of her feet. The user that's commented above me, Azygous, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Hopefully your hen will be feeling better soon

So she has some swelling in her wind and leg joints. She is lame and cants move about as much. She can’t balance and tips over when she walks. It has been going on for about 5 months now. It is just getting worse

So it isn’t in her toes it is her hock joints. i will try to get some pictures done Jen I get home from school.

Any chance your teacher mentioned anything about pain relief meds? I have a young rooster with gout. I've got meds ready to use in hopes of helping him through his next flare up. I hope it will work for him, but we have to do whatever we have to do to care for our flock. I hope you can find a way to make her more comfortable. If you haven't tried pain meds, it's certainly worth a try, if you're up for it. Dawg mentioned some above. Is she on layer feed?
