Article Description Under Title

Hello! I was thinking to maybe have, under the article of the title, instead of an excerpt, a synopsis/ description of the article. This would probably save a lot of time and not require having to read through the first two pages of the article, only to see that it has nothing to do with what you're looking for. Attached is an "artist's rendering" of how this would look.

Each article has a section / option for a "Description" as seen here:

So, it's up to the article author to add a description to the article, and if they do, it should show up in the article list
