how can you tell if your eggs are fertile eggs? besides seeing a baby chick comming out!

I would also like to see how you AI your chickens that would be interesting!

LOL! Don't worry about it. I used to think that the red spot meant it was fertile. But if you think about it, that could never make sense, because you see those in store bought eggs too. As if the egg production factories are keeping and feeding roosters in with the hens! Ya right, LOL

If I put a rooster in with my hens does that automatically make all the eggs the hens produce fertile?

is cracking an egg open the only way to tell if the eggs is fertile?

NOPE! Thats why I am having to AI. My birds have to much fluffiness in the tail to make good contact.
