Ascites/not eating/scaly leg mites

Yes sorry... me and azygous have been talking about three different hens in this thread
 
So just as an update:
I gave her a fifteen minute epsom salt bath
Put clotrimazole cream on her vent area
Gave her yogurt with probiotics and some calcium
She doesn’t seem in pain or anything but you can tell that she is straining to poop this white liquid out. It does have some blood in it and in her feathers I saw a bit of yolk
 
She just pooped this

White watery discharge can be a side effect of a blockage from a stuck egg. If this is the hen you suspect of having egg issues, you need to treat her with calcium to get the egg material moving out.

The tinge of blood also indicates trouble in the oviduct. See how it goes, but she may need an antibiotic if a whole egg doesn't show up, which may indicate a ruptured egg.
 
So, which hen are we talking about right now? How old is she, what breed and since when is this going on?

Maybe you could make a little chart to add for each hen the important facts about each of them.
