are you making your own sourdough starter for the bread. My boss is doing that right now. Haven't had the time to get around to it myself yet.
Made some simple white bread to take with us before work today. It was busy tonight at work. Happy to be taking a break tomorrow. I ended up cutting another 4 loaves of bread for service. Finally home and back up for brunch in 6 hours

Good thing you are skinny as a rail.
Depending on the night, 3 or 4 on the line and 2 on dishes. It helps that all of us are a bit skinny.
3 waitresses + 3 bussers and a hostess on that side. Where I'm standing is the way to the dining room, gets really congested right there. The waitress station is also about half a foot shorter which makes for some right squeezes when we are running full speed. Alot of verbalization of location.
