Try it with quail eggs! They have more intence " eggi" tast that I like very much!
lol, the original recipe is for quail eggs. These are plenty eggy, I'm sure I can get more kick out of em tho. This all started as a way to use up spare eggs, selling enough now tho I'll have to put some aside to make more :) .

Not to say that I don't put my all into it any other service. But this is mine(coincidentally this is the phrase I accredit to a roosters crow). And I get to really reach for the stars so to speak.

Leg of lamb on. Home rub; salt, chili powder, powdered red pepper, rosemary, blackpepper, onion flake, paprika marjoram.

Grilled marinated squash and some sort of rissotto to go with it.
