I've been thinking about a solar dehydrator alot lately. This is one more reason to put one up.
They seem relatively easy to make.
Boil in salt water 5 mins
Rinse with warm water
Set in sun for atleast a week
Or 100° oven for 45 hours

Just read a brief description myself. I'm sure it can't be too much, tablespoon maybe for a medium sized pot. You certainly are in an ideal location for it. I'll expect some in the mail by the end of summeralthough summers are the sameish up here citrus does better just down the hill in the valley.![]()
