OK for my birthday I asked mom to regift me a panini press I gave her and she never used Caprisi Grilled cheese.... Oh it was goood..... the only thing I would change is to just stick to fresh tomato Olive oil and basalmic vinegar for the bread on the inside... Or maybe use sundried tomatoes in olive oil..... The mozzarella was fresh and pre sliced. for this application the slices could be a little thinner deb
looks delicious, maybe sun-dried tomato pesto or a tapenade like application.

Looks so good!!!! You can make some awesome newyorkers too... Or try a sliced meat sandwhich with like a boysenberry jam. I love sandwiches!!! I make monte cristos once a month.
 
I am intrigued with doing bacon on it.....  No flipping the grease gets collected in a little grease catcher....

but a ham and swiss with Berry jam   Oh Mama....

New Yorker. Pastrami with Swiss and coleslaw. Dijon on one side and 1000 island on the other cause I don't know how to make the real sauce lol. So yummy.
