Thank you for sharing the Dijon Mustard video. I love to make honey mustard for chicken sandwiches and Dijon mustard makes it taste much better.
I just add a bit of mayo till it's the right color then add some honey but it still needs to stay thick so not to much.
 
I've got the Dijon mustard mix soaking right now - will be blending after work today and finishing the process. I'll process in a boiling water bath for longer shelf life - I REALLY like mustard, but probably won't go through THIS much very fast!

ooh with that much vinegar in it it should last a long time on the shelf. Yah know there are a few recipes that use prepared mustard as a rub...... just saying...
