I don't do that. I do, however, tend to not change my bedsheets for months at a time (I just never get around to it), and shower only once (maybe twice) a week, changing my clothes afterwards.
Unless a bird craps on my clothes, that is. Then I just go ahead and change them then, but I usually wait until I shower.

And there you go. All that you never wanted to know about my hygiene.
