Assisted hatching?? Help

Here is a pic of an egg which I think is stuck in his membrane. I have never seen a chicken hatch like this and was wonder If I should help him out. All the other eggs have hatched.

I did it last night and he’s fine now. Almost fluffed up and getting ready to move him to his buddies. Thanks for the advice
