At 1 point in her life was she a battery hen?

Well,my hen Lilly looks as if she might have been a battery hen.She has a few missing feathers just now noticed and a chipped beak and a crookit toe I think its broke.It seems like all this would have happened in a battery cage.Is my little gal a battery hen?
