At the age of 61, I made my first sucessful hard boiled eggs!

I am a "Newbie" to the BYC website. At the tender age of 61 y.o. ,tonight thank goodness to 'BYC'. I followed the recipe for hard boiling the perfect egg! I am so AMAZED! For the first time in my life I actually hard boiled and peeled 3 perfect eggs

I will post the pictures I took of the process later! Now just in time for Christmas I can proudly serve Deviled Eggs for part of our Christmas dinner

Showed my husband the eggs tonight, he was very proud of me! I have been very ill for 3 months so this was a huge accomplishment for me

The eggs are in the fridge.... I hope to be able to nibble on them over Christmas and the next few days. I saved pictures of the process on my hubbies tablet! I will post as soon as I get them on my computer!
