Thank you. The hen stepped on one of the eggs leaving a big mess and a dead chick to clean up. I'm sure the other egg is the same after candling and doing the float test, I'm certain the chick died in that one as well so I removed it.
Just another question...When could I move the hen and chick to an outdoor coop? I have a chicken tractor type coop with a nest box that I could fix up so it is draft free
