At what age do you switch to grower duck feed?

I was wondering at what age do you switch from starter to grower? My ducklings are 3 1/2 weeks old and are still on starter. How long do you think I should keep them on starter?

The guy at my Agway told me 8 weeks on Starter, 8 weeks on Grower, then switch over to Maintenence or Egg layer....I follow that generally and don't have any problems.
