Julie kept cool and tried not to focus on the stinging feeling in her lungs. It felt as if someone was squeezing her lungs, blocking the air flow to her lungs. She had a bad heart burn because of it and refused to take out her inhaler. She hated the thing and was trying to depend less on it and more on focusing and breathing.
